Small Group Sessions are intimate by design -- to assure you receive ample support, feedback and motivation throughout your 50 minutes of low-impact, high-intensity maneuvers. Build muscle strength and endurance, as well as improve flexibility, balance, and heart health in one amazing workout. The LYV Method incorporates serotonin-inducing slow tempo cardio, breath control, and mindfulness practices.
Private Coaching provides direct guidance and feedback during one-on-one or duet Sessions, tailor made for each Athlete's goals and abilities.
LYV Special Events are designed to fuel the mind, body and spirit and include expert guidance during Sound Baths, Mat Pilates, Yoga, Meditation Seminars and more. Private Studio buy-outs are also available in any modality for birthdays, bachelorettes, team building, or special occassions.

Strengthen Session
Small Group Session | 50 Minutes Formatted primarily to STRENGTHEN SMARTER, these 50 minute STRENGTHEN Megaformer Sessions utilize balance and smooth spring resistance to push your body to maximum exertion. STRENGTHEN SESSIONS are full-body workouts - but emphasize: CORE, LOWER BODY and UPPER BODY training. Slow speed muscle endurance training provides all the benefits you seek from traditional strength training with negligible strain on your joints. Precise muscle stimulation and sequencing, along with effective intensity, produces a low-impact, toning, heart pumping, muscle shaking, full body workout.

Small Group Session | 50 Minutes Low-impact, highly effective, steady-state cardio maneuvers. SWEAT SESSIONS are full-body strength building programs that prioritize CORE and LOWER BODY conditioning while providing an efficient calorie burn. UPPER BODY is secondary during SWEAT SESSIONS.

Mat Pilates + Sculpt involves controlled movements focused on breath, precision, and alignment, often incorporating props like magic circles. Suitable for all levels, it builds foundational strength and mind-body awareness

We offer in-studio training in both our Palm Springs + Palm Desert Studios, as well as on-location experiences.
