Small Group Session | 50 Minutes
Formatted primarily for your strength development, these 50 minute EVO Megaformer Sessions utilize balance and smooth spring resistance to push your body to maximum exertion through slow speed training. Slow speed training is shown to provide all the benefits you seek from traditional strength exercises with negligible risk of injury. Precise muscle stimulation and sequencing, along with effective intensity, produces a low impact, toning, heart pumping, muscle shaking, lengthening full body workout.
